Build one of the Warbases grub huts - nice easy kit, but you can tell it's one of their older ones as the floor has no tabs to fit to the walls, it just butts on. Usefully, though, it's exactly 3" wide on the inside, which means a 1-2-3 block is exactly the right side to hold the walls up while the wood glue dries :D
