Picked up a couple of Dave's Wargames' 15mm terraces from Sleeping Dragon Hobby Shop at Hereward. Very reasonably priced for what they are (£12!!!).
Things to note from last time: these are newer kits, and have been (according to the nice lady from Sleeping Dragon) retooled a bit. They're a little bit easier to break out of the MDF sprue, which is good. The inner roof ties aren't missing (which is also good!). The tabs are a little bit less tight, but the kit is well enough designed it still doesn't need rubber bands to hold it together while the glue goes off.
Haven't done the chimney pots yet, as it's late, I'm tired, the roof is still drying, and they're the kind of fiddly I'll drop on the floor and lose at this time of night. Did make time to spray the Sarissa Chain Home transmitter towers (Halfords base primer) grey, which seems to be the correct colour. Still unsure about the receiver towers, as there's a lack of colour reference material and they were apparently made of wood, unlike the metal transmitter towers.
Also backed the May '40 Miniatures kickstarter for early war Fallschirmjäger. Yummy.
